To my defence, pagi tdi timbang 78.3kg okay! Ni timbang petang. 


Monday - 3 June 2013

Breakfast 9am: 2F1 Strawberry + 1F3 + Dragon Fruit 
Snack 11.20am: Hot n Roll Chicken and Cheese
Lunch 4pm: Chicken Wrap
Dinner 8.30pm: Nasi + Singgang Ikan + Budu Tempoyak + Ulam Kacang Botol dan Bendi
Snack: Grapes

Water: 750ml + 750ml + 750ml + 750ml + 750ml = 3.75ml

Tuesday - 4 June 2013

Ganti puasaaaaaa. Bulan depan sudah Ramadhan. Ade *ehem* 7 hari lagi nih.

Sahur: Water 500ml
Berbuka: Nasi + Daging Pepper + Sayur Brokoli&Carrot + Sambal tumis ikan bilis
Snack: Biskut HupSeng + Susu Choc Ducth Lady

Water: 750ml + 500ml + 750ml

Wednesday - 5 June 2013

Sahur: Water 500ml
Berbuka: Nasi Goreng
Snack: Biskut HupSeng + Black Coffee

Thursday - 6 June 2013

Breakfast: 2F1 strawberry + 1F2 + Low Fat Milk + Strawberries
Lunch: Nasi goreng + Nuggets + Sausage + Telur goreng
Snack: Grapes + Tembikai
Tea: Keropok
Dinner: 2F1 choc + 1F2 + Choc Milk + Low Fat Milk

Water: 750ml + 750ml + 750ml + 750ml

Friday - 7 June 2013

Breakfast: 2F1 strawberry + 1F2 + Low Fat Milk + Strawberries
Lunch: Mee Ramen + Jus Oren
High Tea: Mee Goreng + Telur goreng + Jus Tembikai Laici
Dinner: 2F1 choc + 1F2 + Choc Milk + Low Fat Milk

Water: 750ml + 750ml + 750ml + 750ml

Lunch

2 hari bertelur goreng. Kisahnya sebab buat half boil egg tp mentah bile pecahkan, so jgn bazir, kite buat telor goreng. Naik muak dah makan sampai x habes telur tuh. Haha. Anyway hari ni lunch dengan kawan tp x sempat habes sbb perang dgn anak and at the same time borak dengan kencang nye. Hehe. Balik mulelah menggelupur lapar :P

Morning Break: Mushroom soup + Baked Eggplant Bread at Levain's
Lunch: Nasi + Ayam merah + Sayur campur
