Tea: Keropok lekor + Tembikai
Dinner: 3f1 strawberry + 1f3 + tembikai blend

First day x kire brape liter minum. Lupe nk sukat.

Lunch: Nasi Goreng
Snack: Keropok keping + 1 apple
Tea: 2 keping roti hailam + kari ayam + biskut
Dinner: Satey + Nasi Putih + Kangkung
Water: 750ml + 750ml +750ml +300ml +450ml = 3 liltre

I noticed susu kurang bile kurang makan, hence makan over sikit on day 2.

Breakfast: Sikmak Restoran Zaman sebungkus + 1 sandwhich sardin
Snack: Jacobs High Fibre 2 keping
Lunch: 3f1 choc + 1f3 + 1glass choc milk + 2 banana + a cup of low fat milk
Snack and Dinner: Nasi + Sup Ikan + Ayam Kicap + Sikmak + Kuih Bingka Ubi + Satay Ikan 2 cucuk + Satay Ayam 2 cucuk + Yong Tau Fu
Water: 750ml + 1litre + 750ml +750ml + 750ml = 4 litre
Brekkie Day 3
Bertambah rosak deyek on Day 3. Time ni rase maleh nk concentrate since duk umah Mak cenggini lah. Food tak putus2, especially hari pasar malam *sigh

Snack 9.30am: Dutch Lady Low Fat Yogurt Mixed Berries
Lunch: Nasi + Tomyam + Ayam Goreng
Snack & Dinner: Nasi + Tomyam + Jacobs High Fibre + Roti with Nuttela
Water: 750ml + 300ml + 1litre + 300ml + 200ml = 2.55 litre
Nasi is sesenduk je everytime makan. Bangga sikit je. Hehe.

Snack 10am: Lempeng Sardin Roll

Lunch 2.30pm: Nasi + Ayam Merah + Bayam + Ikan Masin + Sambal Ikan campur Mangga
Snack 3.20pm: 3 slice apple
Dinner 7.30pm: Share Laksa Penang + Rojak Mamak dengan adik, + Nasi Putih + Ayam Merah

Wiken agak mengecewakan. Kenduri lah ni. Ceceh.. menyalahkan kenduri pulak. Anyway, next week akan mula hidup sendiri tanpa free food and mom's homecooked. Hopefully lebih berjaya hendaknya.
